IAIDO Iaido is the art of the Japanese Samurai sword. An art that teaches immense concentration and self-discipline, Iaido has become a very popular Martial Art for people of all walks of life. It is a journey back to the days of the Samurai of Old Japan that in modern times helps oneself relieve the stresses of everyday pressures and develop a respect for life. The USA Iaido Shoshin Ryu regulates the Iaido section of the USA Martial Arts Federation. The USA Martial Arts Federation Headquarters also serves as the Hombu Dojo for the International Iai-Tate Do Federation, of which Shihan Jarrett serves as Chief Instructor.
