Shihan Jarrett as well as several other dignitaires, including Hanshi George Anderson were on hand for the 2009 USA-NKF Sr. PKF Team Trial competition.  The trials were held in Chicago Illinois and were held in response to the new weight categories imposed by the WKF.  Shihan Jarrett was involved in several of the medal ceremonies for the newly formed USA Team Pool.   The Sr PKF Championships will be held in Curacao, in May 2009.
